ABOUT AI DIAGANIMALS

About AI DiagAnimals: pet lab results, explained with care.

They’re family. When their results arrive, it’s natural to have questions. We’re here to make the unfamiliar words easier to follow, so you can feel more prepared for a conversation with your veterinarian.

Why we explain dog and cat blood test results.

You know the sound of their paws, their favourite spot and when they’re not quite themselves. A page of abbreviations can feel much less familiar. AI DiagAnimals is being developed to help you understand that page, with your own dog or cat in mind.

Our role is interpretation, education and explanation. We do not diagnose conditions or suggest treatments. The veterinarian who knows your pet remains the person responsible for clinical decisions.

From the team behind AI DiagMe.

AI DiagMe helps people understand human laboratory results through structured educational reports. AI DiagAnimals brings that report-led approach to pet owners: a profile, an overview, marker explanations, wellness advice, an action plan and questions for the veterinarian.

Animal physiology and reference intervals require their own approach. Human results, thresholds and clinical conclusions are not simply transferred to dogs or cats.

Our team: pet owners, too.

There are much-loved pets in our families, too. That personal connection is part of why making laboratory results understandable matters to us.

Alongside the founders, our team includes a veterinarian, and a scientific and ethics committee is in place to help guide a responsible educational service.

A LITTLE INTRODUCTION

Meet U6.

Julien shares his life with U6, a two-year-old Jack Russell. That’s him in the photo — a little introduction to one of the companions behind this project.

And there’s a cat in the team’s extended family, too.

Eric is a cat owner. Dogs and cats are part of our lives at home, as well as the reason for what we’re building here.

From our pet families to yours, we want the explanations to feel thoughtful, clear and easy to come back to.

Our principles for explaining pet lab results.

Make the terms understandable

Explain what a marker measures before discussing the number.

Keep the context visible

Species, laboratory intervals, symptoms and missing information all matter.

Respect the veterinary relationship

Prepare an informed discussion while keeping care decisions with the veterinarian.
