DATA PROTECTION

Data protection: your pet’s lab report and your privacy.

Looking after their information is part of looking after your trust. Here is what happens in this preview, in plain words: choosing a document does not upload it.

A corgi resting in the grass with its tongue out
Every companion deserves thoughtful care.

Local document selection

The browser checks the name, declared format and size. It does not read or transmit report content.

No live analysis

No document is sent to an AI provider, and no personalized report is generated.

No checkout or account

There is no payment, subscription or account database in this build.

Fonts, emails and other information.

The site currently requests its typeface from Google Fonts. If you choose to email our team, your message is processed through email services and handled by the team. The Privacy Policy explains these activities separately from the document demo.

An animal report can contain an owner’s or veterinary professional’s personal information. The live service will need a defined processing flow and appropriate notices before such documents are collected.

How this relates to AI DiagMe.

The company details and educational approach draw on AI DiagMe. Its public privacy policy describes its own human-service infrastructure, processors and safeguards.

Those details are useful source material for planning, but this page does not claim that an animal upload service already uses HDS hosting, pseudonymization, any named AI model or a committee-review transfer.

Ask a privacy question.

Email contact@aidiagme.com with “AI DiagAnimals — privacy” in the subject. Tell us whether you have a question, want to exercise a right or want to report a concern. Avoid attaching a complete identifiable report to an initial enquiry.
