This policy describes the current preview. A selected laboratory document is not uploaded, read, stored or sent to an AI provider.
1. Who to contact

For a privacy question or request, use the subject “AI DiagAnimals — privacy”. The contact is the Smart Medical Care team. No separate animal-service DPO or contact address is represented on this preview.
2. The present service
This build is a website preview with educational sample reports and a local file selector. There is no live report generation, user account, payment form, mailing-list signup, analytics integration or advertising integration.
The sample report uses example content included with the website. Choosing a dog, cat, report section or page changes the display in your browser; those choices are not submitted to a profiling or marketing service.
3. Information involved
A veterinary report can contain personal information about an owner or veterinary professional, including names, contact details and identifiers. Animal information linked to an identifiable owner can also form part of a personal-data record. Please do not include human medical records or unrelated sensitive information in a request.

4. Purposes and lawful bases
Where we receive a support or partnership email, we use the information to understand the request and reply. The basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable.
Where we handle a privacy-rights request or another legal obligation, the relevant legal obligation is the basis. Any information needed for an actual dispute may be retained for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
The local demo does not collect a laboratory report for processing. No health-data consent, marketing opt-in or permission to train a model is implied by selecting a file or visiting the site.
5. Retention
The demo does not retain a copy of the file or save your report selection in an application database. The browser selection is cleared when removed or when the page is unloaded; it may also be cleared when the demo reloads after a pet change. Your original file stays wherever you already keep it.
For an email enquiry received by Smart Medical Care, the retention criterion is the time needed to resolve the request and handle related follow-up. A record may be retained longer if a legal requirement or a specific dispute requires it; irrelevant attachments should not be sent.
The local development server may produce diagnostic request logs on the device running it. They are not an animal-report archive. No production-host retention period, future account period or original-report deletion timetable is claimed for this preview.
6. Recipients, fonts and external services
No report is sent by this preview to an AI model, payment processor, email delivery platform or quality-review board. We do not sell information collected through this preview.
If you contact the team by email, your chosen email provider and the company’s email system handle delivery; authorized staff handle the request. We may disclose information where a binding legal obligation requires it.
The current design loads DM Sans from Google Fonts. This makes browser requests to Google’s font services, which can include your IP address, request headers and technical browser information. It does not transmit a selected laboratory file. Google’s own privacy information applies to its handling of those requests.
Links to AI DiagMe, laboratories or reference resources open services with their own policies. Clicking a link is your choice; those services do not receive the file chosen in the local demo.
7. International access and future processing
The local preview does not send your selected file to a server in any country. External font requests and emails you choose to send may be handled by providers operating internationally, under their applicable arrangements. You may contact the team about the safeguards relevant to a particular enquiry.
AI DiagMe’s published human-service policy describes a separate processing setup. Its HDS hosting, AI processors, retention schedules and quality-review transfers are not represented as deployed animal-service infrastructure here.
Before live animal-report processing is enabled, the policy must identify the actual controller, hosting locations, processors, transfer safeguards, purposes, lawful bases and retention periods for that service. This policy does not authorize an undisclosed future transfer.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. The availability of a right depends on the processing and the law that applies. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
In particular, you may object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing. This preview does not operate a marketing list.
Write to contact@aidiagme.com to exercise your rights. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data. We respond within the applicable legal period and explain any lawful restriction or extension.
You can also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France, the ICO in the United Kingdom or the authority where you live or work. Contacting us first is optional, not a condition of your right to complain.
9. Security, children and automated decisions
The local file demo avoids transmitting document content. Do not email passwords, full card details or unnecessary personal records. No website or email system can promise absolute security.
The intended service is for adults, not children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact the privacy team.
This preview does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about people. Its sample animal reports are educational content, not decisions about care or access to a service.
10. Changes and questions
The version date identifies the text that applies to this preview. A change in how the service processes information must be described before the new processing starts.
