Terms & Conditions
Terms for accessing AI DiagAnimals, exploring its educational examples and using the current website preview.
Current version: local preview. No live document analysis, account, payment or subscription is provided through this build.
1. Who provides the website
AI DiagAnimals is presented as a service of Smart Medical Care Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15309552, at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@aidiagme.com.
These terms apply to the website intended for aidiaganimals.com and its current local preview. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Notice explain related matters. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Educational purpose and veterinary care
AI DiagAnimals explains laboratory information for dogs and cats. The planned report includes a profile, summary, marker explanations, wellbeing information, an action plan and questions for the veterinarian.
The service is educational. It does not provide a diagnosis, prescribe medication, suggest treatments or replace a veterinary examination or professional advice. It is not an emergency service. Never delay veterinary care or change a treatment because of an explanation on this website.
A scientific and ethics committee is in place and the team includes a veterinarian. These facts do not mean that a report constitutes a veterinary consultation or is personally approved by every committee member.
3. What this preview does
The sample reports demonstrate a format using example identities, values and context. They are not interpretations of your animal’s results. Their length does not guarantee a fixed number of pages for a future report.
The upload area currently allows a local selection of one PDF, JPG or PNG of up to 10 MB. It displays the filename without reading the file content, uploading it or generating an analysis. Removing the selection, leaving the page or changing the pet selection may clear it. No order is placed by trying the demo.
4. Age, authority and accurate information
The intended service is for adults aged 18 or over. You must have authority to supply any document or information you choose to share. Do not submit another person’s records or confidential information without permission.
For a future live report, you will be responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of the laboratory document and context supplied. Missing values, uncertain units, poor image quality and incomplete history can affect the explanation. The present demo does not receive these documents.
5. Permitted use and content
You may browse, print and share the educational sample material for personal discussion with your veterinarian, subject to any third-party rights identified in the content. Our branding, website design and software remain protected by their applicable intellectual property rights.
You must not use the website unlawfully, impersonate another person, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or extract information in breach of applicable rights or law. Nothing in these terms restricts a use that the law expressly permits.
6. Accuracy and availability
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for an individual situation. A result within an interval does not establish overall health, and a flagged value is not a diagnosis. Review important questions with the veterinarian using the original document.
We may update the website, correct content or temporarily interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free generated information. The educational limitations do not excuse a failure to meet any legal obligation that applies to us.
7. Prices, purchases and cancellation
This preview is free and does not offer a paid report, a subscription or a checkout. AI DiagMe’s human-service prices and refund arrangements are not automatically an offer for AI DiagAnimals.
Before any paid animal service is introduced, the price, currency, taxes, payment method, delivery arrangements, cancellation terms and refund process will be displayed before an order can be placed. Any consent required for immediate digital supply and any effect on cancellation rights must be explained separately. Exploring this preview does not waive a cancellation right.
If you have a question about a charge relating to another Smart Medical Care service, contact the team with the service name and order reference. Do not send full card details.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
Use the website for its stated educational purpose and keep veterinary decisions with a qualified professional. The service cannot account for an examination it has not performed or information that has not been supplied.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from use of this consumer preview, or for losses caused by unlawful use of the site or reliance on it outside its stated purpose. We do not impose a zero-liability cap merely because the preview is free.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the website at any time. Access may be restricted where needed to address unlawful activity, a security risk or a legal requirement.
The version date below identifies this text. Material changes to the scope of the service, paid terms or personal-data processing will be explained before the affected feature is used. These terms do not authorize an undisclosed future upload or payment flow.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain available. Where the law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, these terms do not take it away.
Please contact contact@aidiagme.com first if you have a question or complaint. This does not restrict any right to contact a competent authority or seek a legal remedy.
